BRIOCHE DOUGH (SWEET)
Ingredients
- Flour 125g
- Yeast 40g
- Milk 500ml
- Sugar 200g
- Salt 20g
- Egg Yolk 7 nos
- Soft Butter 400g
- Raisins300g
Method
- 1. Mix all the ingredients together (a loose dough)
- Leave to ferment for 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven at 180c to 200c temperature.
- Divided in to 40g portions.
- Egg wash before baking.
