SCONES
Ingredients
- Baking Powder 7g
- Butter 19g
- Sugar 19g
- Eggs 23g
- Milk (approximately) 28g
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Raisins 60g
- Orange Zest
Method
- Roll out the dough to about 1cm thick and cut out with 6cm round cutter.
- Place on a greased baking tray.
- Egg wash after resting for 10minutes.
- Bake at 220c for 20 - 30 minutes.
