Ingredients
- Ulundu 250g
- 30g Red onion – Chopped
- 1tsp Curry Leaves – Chopped
- 1tsp Green Chili – Chopped
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Oil – For fry
Method
Combine
with water Ulundu and leave for 12 hours. Then Extract water, Grind it. Be
carefully don’t use water. In a Bowl mix ulundu with Red Onion, Curry Leaves,
Green chili, salt and cumin. Mix them all with your finger tips. And Leave for
15 minutes. Now you can Make rounds and with your finger make a hole. Then Fry with
oil.
