CHOCOLATE FONDANT

Method
Melt the Chocolate and Butter in a double boiler. Crack the
Eggs into a bowl . Add sugar and whisk till Fluffy. Gently fold in the flour and
whisk together. Let the Chocolate mixture cool down and fold it into the batter.
Butter and flour the ramekins and pour the mixture into them. Put the ramekins
in the Oven at 200 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes until the top is firm and
cracking.
Serve Chocolate Fondant with Cold Cream.
